Less than two weeks after Us Weekly broke the news that Hilton ended her one-year relationship with Cy Waits, the 30-year-old reality star rebounded with a new man: The Hangover: Part II director Todd Phillips, 40.
At the heiress' private party in Malibu Saturday, "Paris and Todd were all over each other," an onlooker tells Us. "He had his hand permanently glued to her behind. They were making out constantly."
The new couple's PDA parade didn't end there. Celebrating the Fourth of July one day early, the two partied at Alec Gore's Malibu beach house along with fellow guests Bradley Cooper, Lukas Haas, Kevin Connolly, Gerard Butler and Jeremy Piven on Sunday.

"Paris was hanging on Todd, hugging and kissing him off and on," an eyewitness tells Us. "She and Todd didn't walk in together, but it wasn't as if they were trying to hide."
