Hope Solo Throws Shade in Response to Maks Chmerkovskiy's Insult

From Len? Not a 10. Hope Solo didn't mince words following Maksim Chmerkovskiy's insult on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Instead, the professional soccer player simply posted a telling photo of the Dancing With the Stars judging table via Twitter.

As previously reported, Chmerkovskiy, 35, slammed his former DWTS partner, 34, during the podcast Allegedly on Tuesday. "She’s just a sh-tty person," Chmerkovskiy told hosts Matthew Cole Weiss and Theo Von. "You can have a sh-tty life growing up, but if you’re a bad person, there’s no excuse for that."

Her response? Solo gave Chmerkovskiy a score of 3 out of 30 for his comments — literally. She posted a photo of DWTS judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and former judge Len Goodman holding up scoreboards with the number one.

Solo and Chmerkovskiy have been in a feud since they competed together on Season 13 of the ABC dancing competition. Back in 2012, the goalkeeper alleged in her book Solo: A Memoir of Hope that the hunky Ukrainian got physical with her during rehearsals.

"One day, Maks was trying to put me in a certain position and hit my stomach so hard with his open palm that I had a red handprint there for the rest of the day," she wrote. "He manhandled me in rehearsals from the start, pushing me, whacking my stomach, bending my arms roughly."
